Deputy Manager

    Main Activities and Responsibilities:
        • Provide general HR support for employees in Business Operations by serving as the first point of contact for all HR (benefits, payroll, policy, etc) matters and managing HR administrative matters. Responses show understanding of HR processes and ability to work independently.
        • Provide employee relations support, including conducting investigations and conflict resolution meetings as needed. Work with managers on performance issues and provide advice and counsel.
        • Provide support on Talent Management processes.
        • Handle performance management process with management and employees.
        • Assist in talent review and succession planning activities annually.
        • Process employee new hires, transfers, and terminations accordingly.
        • Provide Staff Training.

    Requirements:
        • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills (proficient in Khmer, Chinese and English).
        • Bachelor degree in Business or others .
        • 2-3 years Human Resources experience preferred.
        • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Windows, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
        • Logical thinking and good results with balancing People management.
        • Team Player and Professional attitude.
        • Ability to work independently.
        • Strong administrative/problem solving skills.
        • Ability to multi-task.
        • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
        • Ability to interface with all levels of Management.
        • Experience and skill in developing financial policies and procedures is asset.

General Assistant

    Main Activities and Responsibilities:
        • Assist Top Managers to handle daily work basis
        • Disclose and translate all material information related to an investment recommendation from English/Chinese or Khmer.
        • Be and interpreter or Trainer assistant during the training session conducted by GFG.
        • Conduct or review weekly training session to all newly recruited staff esp. Financial Consultant or A.E
        • Supervise and assist all staff from either Operation department or Sales Department in their daily task activities.
        • Other tasks will be assigned by the top managers.

    Requirement:
        • Excellent Communication skills, (over the phone, one on one and in writing).
        • Goal oriented, with ability to work alone and hit deadlines and targets.
        • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalents .
        • Goal oriented, with ability to work alone and hit deadlines and targets.
        • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
        • Proficient in Chinese (4 Skills).
        • More than 1 year experience in a sales environment preferably in the financial sector.
        • Sound knowledge in Administrative Work as preferred.

Financial Consultant

    Main Activities and Responsibilities:
        • Handling new client leads (first contact) daily.
        • Build relationships with our global clients at end-user level
        • Effectively handle the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints) .
        • Visit potential clients at their offices or work places promote or demonstrate the GFG services in face to face client meetings.
        • Plan own activities with FC Leader to make strong client recruitment and clients daily trading report.
        • Always update the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details.

    Requirement:
        • Excellent Communication skills, (Phone etiquette and other non-verbal).
        • Excellent Presentation Skill and Customer Orientation.
        • Males or Females aged between 25-35 yrs old.
        • Very good organizational and administration skills.
        • Goal oriented, with ability to work alone and hit deadlines and targets.
        • Bachelor degree in Business or equivalents.
        • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Own a personal laptop is an advantage.
        • Proficient in Chinese and/or English is an advantage.
        • More than 1 year experience in a sales environment preferably in the financial sector.

        • Must be available upon any urgent call from the management teams.

        • Visit potential clients at their offices or work places promote or demonstrate the GFG services in face to face client meetings.
        • Always update the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details.

    Requirement:
        • Excellent Presentation Skill and Customer Orientation.
        • Males or Females aged between 25-35 yrs old.
        • Recent graduates looking for their first or second position in financial services.
        • Bachelor degree in Business or equivalents.
        • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Own a personal laptop is an advantage.
        • Be a quick learner and able to join any training program conducted by GFG.

Graphic Designer

    Main Activities and Responsibilities:
        • Design all kind of art work for GFG such as Leaflets, Brochures, Business cards logos, Web flash… upon request.
        • Update graphic design and information from GFG Website.

    Requirement:
        • Knowledge in Graphic Design with a broad liberal arts education.
        • At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
        • Proficiency Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Corel Draw, Photo Draw….
        • Good skill in graphic background and layout.
        • Creative and able to communicate your own ideas visually.
        • Knowledge in Web Design is an asset.
        • Able to work flexible and OT and meet the deadline.
